Express Lane Oil Change Technicians:
Dick
Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is now hiring to expand our Express Lane service.
We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who can perform the job
functions of changing oil and other necessary general maintenance procedures on
automotive vehicles. The ideal candidates will have experience on a quick lane,
must be able to follow directions and adhere to processes, have a good work
ethic and perform in a fast paced environment. This is an entry level position

Responsibilities include:
- Performs
all work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose
and perform needed repairs
- Communicate
with Parts Manager to obtain needed parts
- Examine
vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Advise
Manager if additional work is needed
- Document
all work performed as soon as job is completed
- Attend
factory sponsored training classes and keep abreast of factory technical
bulletins
- Understand
and follow federal, state and local regulations such as disposal of hazardous
wastes
- Ensure
that vehicles are kept clean
- Perform
all other duties as assigned
- Follow
all company safety policies and procedures & immediately report any and all
accidents to Manager or Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- High
School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent
driving record
- Self
motivated with ability to perform quality work with efficiency
- All
applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All
applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include
background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license

Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is
currently seeking New and Used Automotive Sales Professionals. Candidates must
possess strong communication skills. Previous automotive sales experience
is preferred but we will train the ideal candidates.
Automotive sales professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting
dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This
position requires prospecting, selling and follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Ability to demonstrate each vehicle in product line (including test drives)
- Delivery of vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the
vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the
manufacturer.
- Follow all company policies and procedures
